Me? I love the who and why. Who are you talking to? Why should they have a conversation with you? The technical terms might be audience, value and mission, but it all comes down to the who and why. Why do you have a website? Who should read your brochure? Who should attend your event and why? Who are the people who feel as strongly about your mission as you do? How do you have a conversation with them?
